The first step in the right direction:

So, I started creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and hiring remote staff.

It’s hard giving up control, but you’re doing it to scale your efforts.
Teach your team, empower them to do their thing and learn to problem solve as you grow.
I continued to refine our SOPs as we grew and took a Project Manager role.

This is crucial. You need to have two things:
1. Main Services
2. Recurring Services
We excel at web design. So, I decided to pivot our efforts toward that, focusing on design, dev and branding. Then, management for recurring.
This does two things:
1. Allows us to replicate our process every damn time. We can follow the same onboarding, work flow and handoff every time.
2. We can charge a premium. Because this is where we focus our efforts, we can charge more because we have a refined process.

When it comes to web design, a agencies miss the boat w recurring.
It’s great consistent income & provides a trust factor & referral biz pipeline for clients.
$99/mth doesn’t seem like a lot, but after 40 clients a month, that 50k a year hit DIFFERENT.

Bundle your processes and SELL THEM THANGS.
You already have proven methods! Take them and sell them to folks in your vertical so they can grow, too.
