Scratch scratch, a vile, dead, blood smell filled the air.

Rot.

A low crackled growl, a broken, screeched voice.

Then the feral demon lunged at the overlord, blood and battered.

None of the blood his, except the little bit dripping from his mask.. wait.. not quite his mask

It had merged into his face, broken arm shattered, melting into his left eye, teeth jittering out from the mouth of the mask. Spurting blood.

The demon stopped infront of her, blooding dripping from him, red eye staring at her.

Big, muscular, but that's the only similarity of it and his normal form.

The grotesque beings claws dragged against the ground.
