With the REMAP-CAP paper out in @JAMA_current today, I wonder if @statberry or @RogerJLewis would be willing to do a Twitter thread trying to summarize how the REMAP approach worked here? Lots of folks trying to interpret this amazing study, would be great to hear from...

...the stats methodologists behind the trial about how the approach came together and some of the finer points.

(By the way, this tweet is not in any way intended to slight the contributions of the entire REMAP-CAP team, as noted by @Lennie333 and others today; I’m simply wondering if we can specifically hear from the stats folks on that particular aspect of the trial!)
