I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you find yourself frequently doing the casual-lean for support (against a wall, a shopping cart, etc), you are allowed to get a mobility aid and see if it helps.
You don't even have to use it all the time

They make light weight folding canes

You can just pull it out of your bag when you need it (like standing in line)
There are also lightweight folding stools made for backpacking, but you could absolutely get one and use it for if standing is suddenly hard

There are also canes with a stool attached, and related walkers with a built in seat
If you're worried that you're not "disabled enough" to use a mobility aid, please consider that the more we normalize people using them the easier it will be for everyone
There's a joke among bicyclists that the correct number of bikes to own is "n+1" where n is the number you currently have

I feel this way about mobility aids. (I wish insurance companies agreed but I digress.)
I have a cane, arm crutches, and a rollater walker.

They're all good for different situations and I'm glad I have access to each of them

I wish I also had an electric wheelchair, but that's a funding battle I haven't been up for yet
