I like Freddie Kitchens. I believed he earned that job the previous year. But I don& #39;t remember ever seeing another head coach hire so lost in how to properly prepare and lead a team.

It& #39;s easy to dump on Baker Mayfield after last season. It& #39;s also lazy, unless you acknowledge the untenable situation in which he was placed. Yes, the young QB needs to be better--and he& #39;ll say as much--but the entire situation couldn& #39;t have gotten much worse.
