-THREAD-

You know what I love about this side of Twitter?

As I start to move onto my next major project, there is just something about the instant feedback loop.

I'm not someone who craves feedback.

I operate very autonomously.

You tell me to do something, I'll get it done.
While I say that I also don't like not being successful.

I love getting that instant feedback on what minor changes I can make to improve.

To grow.

To ultimately get better.

I've made a lot of mistakes in my first four months here.

I've also had a lot of success.
In that time of failure and success, my feedback has been almost instant.

If you mess up here, there isn't any sugarcoating your failures.

If you succeed, those results show up in the data and analytics acquired.

It might not be instant, but the feedback is quick!
I heard it best from a YouTube clip that I recently watched.

Certain niches, jobs, and careers require a lot of trial and error to succeed.

My biggest take away was:

-Don't be afraid to fail
-Celebrate your wins
-Results matter

I'll say it time and time again.

Let's grow!
