disordered eating is so normalized that i truly believe the vast majority of people with eating disorders don't even know they have them
i've met like maybe two girls in my life with a healthy relationship with food
my personal and perhaps unpopular opinion is that the only way that you can truly healthily interact with food and exercise is to completely divorce their value from weight or appearance
p.s. i know that disordered eating and EDs are different and literally nowhere in this tweet did i imply otherwise
