An informative thread on how to make cake -
Ingredients -
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
10 eggs (at room temperature)
1 1/4 teaspoons of cream
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar, for top of Cake
Pre-heat oven to 325

Pre-heat oven to 325
Mix cake flour 1 cup with 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl,put it aside. Separate egg whites from the yolk. In a mixing bowl add the egg white from 10 eggs and beat on high speed,until they stiff. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cream and salt. Continue beating for 1 minute.
Add rest of the sugar slowly while mixing the egg white. Then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract.
