Adopt the policies we want. Speak to the anxiety we feel about climate change. Name the injustices we see in the world, and commit to being an ally in our fight against them.

Critically, follow through. The next set of primaries will begin in late 2021, so you have over a year.

That doesn't just mean sign onto the Green New Deal (although that's a good start). We shouldn't have to look up your voting record, or the bills you've co-sponsored.

Evangelize. It should be plain and clear in the way you talk about the issues, and the way you show up.

We're here to win a Green New Deal, by any means necessary. We'll need supportive leaders in Congress who are willing to act.

To get there, some representatives need to be primaried and replaced. Others just need to be won over. Wouldn't you rather be the latter?
