Flu vaccination experts, I have a question for you:

There seems to be a trade-off between individual & community flu protection: waiting till Nov might be better for me, but getting vax in Sept might be better for the community. When should people be getting flu vax this year?
A bit of background (as I understand it, & I could be wrong):

The flu vaccine offers reasonable individual protection but only for 4-6 months. So getting vax in Sept could mean you get the flu in Feb.

But if “everyone” got vax in Sept, maybe we can largely prevent flu season?
