taking you through the 23rd july

on the 22nd at 2:00 PM bst one direction tweeted for the first time in two years and #10YearsOfOneDirection and #ThankYouHarry was trending.

at midnight the website launched, take me home was expanded and we got 4 new EPs (acoustic, live, rarities and remixes)

at 8:16 PM bst Liam tweeted, THANK YOU LIAM trended along with NIALLS

we were super confused what "reason being" meant and did some detective work and then this account was made and I started using this meme way too much

i'm sorry, I forgot when ( I barely slept all that week lol) but at some point, we got obsessed with things being a DISTRACTION, and we hoped there was something big coming. Also during most of this time, the website was not working

we also realised that none of the boys were following the one direction instagram account

#10YearsOfOneDirection was trending no.1 and at 5:51 PM bst we had used the hashtag over 1 million times. LOUIS WAKE UP and happy 10 were also trending. We also forgot how to spell and #10YearsOfOneDiretion started trending

at 12:16 PM bst Louis tweeted about watching old interviews and performances. He also replied to @todays1dhistory , thanked the fans and said he was proud of all the boys individually

at 1:32 PM bst Niall replied to Louis' tweet and then Liam's. Throughout the day he tweeted about celebrating the team behind one direction and also tagged all the boys

Niall also started posting photos from 1d days on his instagram story, Louis posted on instagram and Liam posted the boys' posts on his story with a heart

at the same time, the one direction instagram posted about the website which we had crashed, #DIRECTIONERSBREAKTHEINTERNET was trending. we also started looking through code and realised YOU GUYS BROKE THE INTERNET was written into the code (was it a distraction??)

at 3:28 PM bst harry posted on Instagram and tweeted, thanking the boys and the fans

at midday, 10 years of one direction video on YouTube was sent and at 4:00 PM bst this premiered with over a million people watching. IM NOT OKAY started trending in the UK.

at 4:19 PM bst, we realised the day was over, WAS THAT IT and THATS IT started trending in the UK.

at 6:55 PM bst one direction tweeted about the "10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY YOUTUBE SCHEDULE" (everyday we got a new 4k video)

on the 27th was the "history" 4k mv and we all got our hope up that the boys might run back and I got my first hit tweet lmao

we then all desperately hoped that the "WHERE WE ARE" video was being posted at 3PM, because the infinity music video was being posted at 7 PM, but sadly, we were mistaken, we trended the BRICK WALL and trump thought it was about him.

we knew that the infinity wall was the same as the history one

then, onto the website (this was happening along side most of the other things I've mentioned). When it started working, we realised that there was one envelope that WOULDN'T OPEN, many people stayed up all night just in case something happened.

we then took it upon ourselves to work out what was in the envelope and we came up with this

however, on the 28th, the envelope opened, with the San Siro concert video inside, i found this tweet funny, creds to @saramauryy hehe

we also tried to see if trending #infinityleaked would work.

the one direction Japan account was also very active after the anniversary
