ah the electoral college, the best of ideas in our country& #39;s fabled history,
if we didn& #39;t have the electoral college imagine what chaos would ensue... too fucked up to imagine
for those who don& #39;t keep track of such things, if popular vote was what actually elected a president we would have had no Bush and no Trump in 2016. and also no uh Rutherford B Hayes
