SO.. I REALIZED SOMETHING..
I used to feel like when someone bought me food its rude not to eat it even if I didn& #39;t ask for it and it was fast food.. This morning I realized not saying no was hurting my progesss so much. It makes me feel gross...
The other thing I realized, is that I really don& #39;t like the whole "cheat meal or cheat day" thing. I feel like I need to learn that food is not reward or punishment, its literally fuel. And the type of fuel I use is important. Balance is important.
Instead of giving myself a meal or a day of eating whatever, I& #39;d like to try to balance each individual day.
And when I work hard through the week or reach a milestone, reward myself instead with doing something I have been wanting too or buying something I& #39;ve been wanting.
@LeArielleSimone can I get your opinion on this thread/thoughts? I admire you and your lifestyle. And I feel like a outside opinion will help me figure out if my feelings are healthy and valid.
