Good morning to the #adhd kids who:

-try to answer "Why" questions & get told they're making excuses
-try to share their passions/interests & get called a know it all
-can't do 'easy' things, don't know why, & blame themselves

Good morning all you gifted kids turned sad adults.
To everyone who's ever told a loved one in plain words, over and over, "that hurts, please stop," only for that to be ignored until you break and "blow up out of nowhere."

To anyone who didn't get diagnosed, because they didn't fit the stereotype, and just got called lazy.
To anyone who stares at the laundry, knows they have to do it, and can't understand why they can't just get out of the chair and do it.

Who starts to believe what they've been told. That maybe they are lazy.
To everyone who's ever stood in the wreckage of a room, organizer or system or self-help book in hand, and sworn that this time will be different, this time they'll really try,

Only to be left, weeks later, system added to the clutter, sure that they're a peice of shit.
Good morning. You're not.

You're whole, and valid. The way you are is a fine way to be.

And you're worth loving.
