The thing abt the xc dynamics is something I see much more in CS ngl
The trope of the "shy tsun one HAS to be a bottom" has become sooooo fixated, I've lit seen some prompts in ficfests going "please no top!soo I hate top!soo" or "soo can't be anything but a bottom!"+

And that honestly rubs off on me super wrongly coz.....??? Did soo tell you that he's a bottom? Aren't ppl allowed to explore tropes? And also RPFs are weird enough, but isn't it WEIRDER INSISTING that soo HAS to be a bottom?

Well, personally idm what trope you write (except if ppl portray soo or jc as just damsels in distress n nothing else, that's when I roll my eyes)

I enjoy cliche tropes at times. N while I usually have switch agendas for both soo and jc (just combining both fandoms here dm) I read a fair amount of bottom!soo n jc. But yeah....what REALLY annoys me is that insistence that a chara HAS to be only a certain way+

Same with cs. Yeol likes being lavished w attention n care. Just bcz he's tall n cheerful doesn't mean he can't be written as a bottom. N soo is not always weak n submissive+

Basically, you can write whatever tf trope you want but PLEASE don't go insisting that that trope ALONE has to be the ONLY standard.
