Under the CDC's #EvictionMoratorium, tenants will still accumulate debt for non-payment on rent — and this will ALL be due once the moratorium ends. Which will be in the dead of winter 2/
Another - more immediate - issue with the CDC's #EvictionMoratorium, it puts the onus almost entirely on the tenant to "prove" why they should not be evicted
