They only have a short time to bond but I'm glad Hyoyeon could tell her junior one of the most important thing :")

It was Hyoyeon's performance as a dancer in BoA's stage (pre-debut), she made a mistake and was scolded by staff. Instead of feeling sad she acknowledge it was her fault and try to do better.
Lastly, this is the book they mentioned in this post. I didn't translate the quote as they are similar to the explanations, but they all are very good advice and the book also got good review :)
