First up... Julian Grail ( @JulianGrail) is studying his #PhD part time in UoG Business School. He's currently 3.5 years into his research on the influence of #leadership on #productivity in #SMEs & is just finishing data collection/starting analysis 
Fun fact about @JulianGrail... He appeared in the BBC production of Denis Potter's "The Singing Detective"!
