Learning how to sell can be tough

I tried to escape sales jobs after college

Only to realize how incredibly important this skill is

So I jumped back into sales to hone my skills.. and guess what

I’m using what I’m learning to build MY OWN vending machine fleet

How can you expect to start your own business but don’t know how to sell?

You’re going to have to hire someone to do the selling if you can’t.

That’s more money not flowing directly into your pockets all because you’re scared to learn how to interact with a buyer directly

Sales doesn’t come completely naturally to me as I’m an introvert

But I pushed myself to jump right into a sales job so I had no choice but to be uncomfortable

Now, calling up a place, prospecting, extracting information is second nature to me

This even translates as a consumer.

When someone is pushing products, services, conversations I don’t want to have, it’s incredibly easy to take control of those conversations.

You either run the conversation and hold the power, or the other person does.

Sales =

- increased confident
- no more fear of rejection
- ability to bounce back
- learning to not take things personally
- practice for selling your own products/services one day
