France is aware as President Macron said to all political leaders of #Lebanon where the problems are located and where the reforms must take place.If the targets are not met Macron told the political class they can be under sanctions if not met on an already stretched enonomy.

France is moving in the right direction even if its interference in Lebanese affairs is not ideal for all local political parties.However the Lebanese are used to foreign intervention:1st it was France,then Syria,then US and allies. Now is France as USA and Saudi Arabia withdrew.
France and USA do not meet in the same objectives in #Lebanon . Macron convinced Trump that this sanctions is hurting not Hezbollah but the local citizens who had already previously huge economic problems.The destruction of the country's harbor was the final nail on the coffin.

Hezbollah on purpose continue to pay salaries in US $ to showing to the USA that is careless about its pressure anf sanctions that are not affecting the organisation and several hundreds thousands of their family members. However, sanctions are hurting #Lebanon on the whole!!

France gave #Lebanon 3 months for reform before releasing the money. Hezbollah will facilitate the French effort cause Macron was extremely positive as he is a real politic man seeing that without it there can be no goverment viable to implement the reforms amid public unrest.

This new goverment is no longer called "Hezbollah's goverment" but "Macron's goverment".The French assume the responsibility and we will see if Macron succeeds in his almost impossible objective for now.Also this will be an transition goverment.Which means?
It means #Lebanon will go to elections next summer to clear the political situation as there is no time to hold them.
Sunni Hariri,Miqati,Sinura and Salam assume now the responsibility they denied to Hassan Diab(PM).Will this scheme succeed?Its up to the Lebaneze!
