The shooter has been caught and released twice on gun charges in the last few weeks.
What does that mean?
He must have thought he was untouchable.

Camera man doesn’t flinch. All the spotters and people on the ground carry on their expected business. The two cars pull up into position at the exact right time. People clean up the scene. Actors spread disinformation. “Medics” spoil the crime scene.
