Everyone on the left should be in serious fear of what will happen if Trump is re-elected. 2nd term will be exponentially worse. We must do everything we can to stop this outcome. I don’t care if I have to vote Biden to do that. This is a planetary emergency. We can’t fuck around

It's a blow to the pride. It feels like a lack of commitment to principle. But it's the opposite. The principle is we want to win, not that we must vote our hearts. And it's harder to win under a president who'd like to put us in Guantanamo than one who just won't close it.
