Don't actually think it's that worth signing a CB

If we're thin, bring someone in in Jan. This window should be about going ALL OUT on adding some extra passing/progressing qualities in the middle of the park (preferably in the DM zone) + Sancho.

I mean if Smalling and/or Jones are going and at least 50% of the money is going onto their replacement, OK, fair enough - but surely you can bring in a quick, cheap experienced stop-gap. Why weren't we all over Thiago Silva if we just wanted another option this season?

Just feel it showcases a lack of priority. It annoys me because I can (imo) see so clearly what we need on the pitch and it just frustrates me why we're not targeting or doing enough to get it, whilst signing a German type #10 & going for one of the lowest priority positions; CB

Also feels like to me Ole is straight up targeting&signing rotation players/players of a similar level instead of my preference:

Sancho should be signed to bench one of Bruno/Rashford/Martial/Greenwood. Partey should be signed to bench 32y.o Matic. A CB should be signed who automatically replaces Lindelof or Maguire. That's how you build title winning squads
