Are the Greens unfairly represented in the media, he asks himself watching the fourth consecutive day of articles on a scandal over 11.7 million vs the 70 million spent on horses by NZF. Or the complete lack of coverage on 99% of Greens 52 page policy document...
Welfare article comes out today from Shane Te Pou effeftively calling for Greens policy to be implemented, without naming the Greens or acknowledging their consistency for advocating for beneficiaries. Praised for it.
Climate change effects constantly happen, no mention of the lack of policies from the Major parties on the single most significant challenge in human history. I'm really tired of it.
The amount of work that went into Green policy over years, what are Labour and National doing for disabled people ? No idea. Greens have good policy in this area. No media coverage. Mental Health policy seems pretty important to me. No idea what is happening with that either.
Can we have a policy discussion NZ media? No. Please be angry at this or consider this sexist, misogynistic memery funny. Do as we say. This election has never been a contest of ideas because the other parties effectively have none.
When youth opt not to get engaged with politics, I don’t blame them. You'd think the most important thing in politics is personal scandals, peripheral issues like intra-party conflict. People can't eat, but we don't discuss what people will do about it. Just that it happens.
How does this affect me you ask?
