You r rejecting old application saying noncompliance and offering new application with extra premium. If asking representative they say there is no such rule of 90 days. Then rejecting applications.
For extra premium. Government should look in this matter.

Government has provided moratorium for many things then why not for insurance process.
Now companies have trend to cancel old application and offer new with 35 % extra premium.

Pleas find out solution for this as people have already paid premium and company has used it for four months and now rejecting application. And says take new application with 35 % extra premium. Is there any fault of common man.
