It all got a bit confusing last night, when the TERFS claimed to have a permission slip from BLM to abuse black women.

I haven’t lived in London for nearly 10 years and haven’t encountered The Nation of Islam recently but the idea that they have come over all pro LGBT rights, did ring some alarm bells.

After a faltering start, I discovered the twitter account of the man who wrote that message. His account is locked, so I couldn’t ask him about it directly. He has 233 followers but because of the lock, I can’t see who they are.

However, by the power of the internet, I was able to find out that he is, at lest, acquainted with DJ Lippy, who runs the FB Page he sent his message to.

While I was doing this, Someone else did something more useful and actually contacted BLM...

It seems that this man isn’t really in a position to speak for BLM because they’ve never heard of him which, of course, doesn’t mean that he hasn’t been on marches or been involved in other activism.

He went on to say that it was all just a mistake, apparently.

In the mean time, emboldened, TERFS have been practicing their racism and trying in undermind a noble cause in other ways.

So, the next time a man sends a message, underminding the activism of young women, particularly if you think of yourself as a feminist group, it might be best to do your homework before publishing it.

One of the most uncomfortable thing I watched on the videos of PP’s hate party, was her announcing, to a mix group of black people, that men aren’t oppressed.

Please be very careful to lay the blame for this were it belongs, with the TERFS, not this man.
