Weird stuff I've seen/heard in online classes, a thread:

Professor: what is a database?
Student: "Data that have bases"

Professor abruptly stops talking and says "It's raining heavily here"(with no expression) and then continues teaching.

Professor has the answer on the screen and still is asking the students for answer.
One guy still got it wrong.

Professor: What is a Database Management System
Student: It's an operating system
(Mind you this answer came from a 3rd year IT engineering student)
The professor didn't even correct her

Guy logs in as Narendra Modi and goes on to broadcast a full speech by Modiji.
Modiji peecha hi nai chodte yrr.
