You do NOT need this much to brush your teeth. Toothpaste companies will NEVER tell you this.

So how much do you need?

You only need a GROUNDNUT-SIZE amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush.

You need VERY LITTLE amount and it would get the job done. It is a scam that you need a thick layer across all your toothbrush.

Save money. Save time. Save Paste.
Be wise

Toothpaste companies deliberately advertise with people that put a thick layer of toothpaste on their brush to deceive you.

That way the toothpaste finishes fast, and you get to buy another one soon.

But you DO NOT NEED that much amount of toothpaste to clean your teeth well.

And this is another reason many people find it hard to #BrushNotRinse

Because they use TOO MUCH toothpaste- so their mouth is full of paste and they feel the need to rinse it off.

All you need do is use little paste, spit out the excess after brushing and move on with your life

Pls note, children do NOT need more toothpaste than a groundnutsize too. Infact more paste ruins the teeth of kids- I would say more 7am tomorrow morning on that.
