Why Julie Anne San Jose ( @MyJaps) is tagged as the "Asia's Pop Diva/Sweetheart"

A thread:
She's made waves (and continue to do so) via her viral YouTube covers and last 2015, she almost debuted on the international scene. If you're curious why she didn't pursue it, kindly read this insightful write-up: https://www.philstar.com/lifestyle/supreme/2018/02/24/1790669/julie-anne-our-homegirl

ADDENDUM: Please note that her title was given by her talent agency ( @ArtistCenter) and having "Asia" in it doesn't necessarily mean that she's known across the entire Asia; it was given to her mainly because of her certain milestones and recognitions as a Filipino artist.
Last year ginawa ng management niyang "Diva" 'yung title niya after ng successful 'Julie Sings the Divas' concert. Malinaw na, ha? They weren't the ones who made their titles, it was given to them as a recognition.
Though personally I very much prefer "OPM Pop Sweetheart" kaso title na ni Janella S. 'yun, pupuwede ring "Kapuso Pop Diva" para hindi sobrang overwhelming. Hehe. Pero 'yan na e, ano pa bang magagawa natin. Pag lumipat kaya siya ng management, mapapalitan 'yung pa-title niya? Hmm
Anyway I made this thread because some people tend to downplay her achievements and titles for some reason na kesyo ayaw nila sa kaniya o dahil lang Kapuso siya... I think it's unfair! At saka ang daming celebrities sa 'tin (both networks) ang may "Asia" sa title, ha. HAHA
