First is all about preventing yourself as long as you can. Working on your own immunity as much as you can. Do pranayama daily.

Once caught, all efforts should be to contain the virus and its effects and docs are best to decide that for you. FOLLOW THEM AND THEIR ADVICE!

I am still in hospital and doctors are doing whatever they are supposed to do. I shall be fine but I want you to please learn from my experience.
