Day 1: EPSOM SALTS
Epsom salts can be added with warm water to produce a soak that relaxes your muscles and soothes your aching joints. You can get them at pharmacies and can buy them in bulk on sites like Amazon for cheaper!

Day 2: HEAT COMPRESS
Compresses can be anything from those you can microwave to a hot water bottle. You press them to the affected joint/body area and allow the heat to soothe and be soaked in. I've found it's most effective on my osteoarthritis.
You can also buy heat patches.
