Rules:
-No eating after 6
-18 hour fast from 6 to 12 the next day
-drink coffee first thing (black and scalding hot) after morning workout (5:30-6:30)
-pls fucking study (more coffee for energy)
-lunch after 12 (eat whatever mom makes so she stops worrying)

-tea at some point while studying
-one hour of walking everyday
-dinner before 6 (only safe foods)
-study some more or practice music
-leisure/self grooming after 9 (take meds)
-go to bed by 11
Plus:
-dont spend too much time on the internet if you don& #39;t wanna be a brainless, talentless noodle
-study while you have energy
-get enough sleep, no more late nights
-no skipping workouts
-dont listen to mom when she says you don& #39;t need to lose anymore weight
-thought journal
DON& #39;T WEIGH YOURSELF EVERYDAY BITCH REVEL IN THE SATISFACTION OF HAVING LOST MORE AFTER A FEW DAYS RATHER THAN TWO HOURS
If you see this thread it& #39;s only rules that I made for MYSELF to follow. You can do whatever you wish but you obviously already know that this is not healthy behaviour. I do not encourage any of this.
