for people in the southern part of italy, mafia is a literal nightmare, if there’s any sicilian moot reading, pls feel free to talk here in the replies or qt rt, i wanna give you your space. everytime i see idols playing the mafia game, i get chills all over my body cause +
i literally can’t believe they don’t know how offensive and disrespectful and triggering that is. and i don’t blame them at all, they literally DON’T KNOW and i hate the entertainment industry so much for making such a serious issue into an aesthetic.

people in some parts of sicily are living under their control, others are scared to even go out or to literally live cause you can’t escape them once they focus on you. loves please, help us spread the word, mafia is a serious matter, not an aesthetic for movies, aus or edits.
it’s so frustrating as an italian person to see thw whole twitter community reacting to cultural appropriation and report the issue (which is the right thing to do) but when we italians we tell you that this issue is not only offensive but it breaks our hearts too and it makes +
