A three page summary of the Craig Spence scandal, which involved the trafficking of children to be raped by the wealthy and political elites:
A four page summary of Larry King / Franklin Community Credit Union, also a trafficking ring providing children to ve raped by the wealthy, and a case in which VICTIMS may have seen more jail time than any perpetrator:
Four pages on the Presidio Child Development Center, a childcare facility run by the US Army in San Francisco. An enormous pedophile ring used it as its base of operations, and military intelligence officials were named in court as perpetrators.
(Redactions in previous tweet by me.)

(The Presidio story might be the darkest subject in the entire book. And that's saying something. Definitely worth further investigation.)
Three pages on the infamous McMartin case, in which key witnesses and investigators kept dying mysterious deaths:
Four pages on The Finders, a child kidnapping/pornography operation with CIA ties:
"Contrary to the claims of US News, running an international terrorist organization specializing in the trafficking of children is definitely more than just 'eccentric.'"
In 1998, Henry Lee Lucas, one of the most prolific serial killers in TX history, became the only person granted a stay of execution by Governor George W. Bush. Why?
Law enforcement used Lucas to clear hundreds of u solved murders in more than two dozen states. They had him confessing to murders he never could have committed. Clearances are clearances, right?
"A US Navy psychologist claims that the Office of Naval Intelligence had taken convicted murderers from military prisons, used behavior modification techniques on them, and then relocated them in American embassies throughout the world."
"Profiling" serial killers is popular in American consciousness, but most of those ideas are total bullshit, and do not match up with the actual stories serial killers tell:
The story: Richard Speck raped and murdered 8 roommates, all female, at a Chicago boarding house in July, 1966. The problem? Nothing about the way the Richard Speck case went down holds up to scrutiny.
What really happened that night?
Aleister Crowley, Gerald Gardner, Anton LaVey: the forefathers of modern occultism, satanism/Wiccan practice, and all tied to various intelligence services, here and in Britain:
LaVey's mention brings us to Charles Manson. LaVey connects Manson to Roman Polanski (LaVey had appeared in one of his films), Jay Sebring (a victim, also a member of the Satanist 'Process Church' and to many others in the Hollywood elite:
Was Manson a contract hitman for hallucinogenic drug manufacturers? An MKULTRA experiment? The possibilities seem endless.
Manson and mind control, and how his case was totally unique in American legal history:
"There are lots of Charlies running around. Believe me." - Dr. Roger Smith, Manson's parole officer.
On some peculiar similarities between serial killers, with special appearances by Kemper, Mullin, Bianchi, Bundy, and Gacy.
"(John Wayne Gacy) once had his photo taken with First Lady Rosalynn Carter... in the photo, Gacy is wearing a secret service 'S' pin, indicating that he had been given a high-level security clearance."
"Gacy all but joined (his) surveillance team, wining and dining his alleged pursuers, allowing them into his home and allowing them to ride along in his car."
Upon being arrested for murder, after the discovery of bodies in his crawlspace, Gacy's first comments were: "Who else do you have at the station? There are others involved... directly. They participated."

Of course, no one else was ever tried for the Gacy killings.
"One of the surviving victims... was not allowed to sign any complaints against Gacy and he was bluntly informed that no action was going to be taken."
Police interrogator: "Where'd you get the money (that you used after your escape to travel across the country) from?
Ted Bundy: Well, man, there's other people. Other people are in on it.
The Sunset Strip murders were pinned on two people, Doug Clark and Carol Bundy (no relation to Ted). In reality, many others were involved, many with military/intelligence ties:
Bobby Joe Long was executed by the state of Florida as the sole perpetrator in 12 abductions/rapes, 10 of which ended in murder, one attempted murder, and one released victim. Again, it is unlikely he acted alone:
Now we move on to Collectors. Leonard Lake, Bob Berdella, Gary Heidnik, Jeffrey Dahmer, Bob Baumeister. Lots of eerie biographical similarities to be found.
This paragraph about Leonard Lake is darkly funny. "In his free time, he worked with kids at a local 4-H Club."
Bob Berdella, another collector... the investigation into him involved an "ex"-CIA agent working in Kansas City PD. Witness statements about Berdella having accomplices were omitted from the official record.
The particulars of the Berdella investigation are just... strange. Despite a wealth of evidence of homicide the case wasn't treated as a homicide investigation at first. Why?
In late 1986 into early 1987, Gary Heidnik kidnapped, abused, and raped five black women he kept in a pit in his basement. There is no doubt of his guilt.
Heidnik had been an unwitting test subject in LSD experiments during his time in the military. His descriptions of the months during which he abducted and held the women were described in euphoric, dreamlike terms.
"1 in 79,000 veterans who apply for benefits due to a mental disability... are awarded full benefits for life. Heidnik had received such a deal, and he HAD NEVER EVEN FILED FOR IT." That should be a sign.
Exhale.

Sigh.

Let's talk about Jeffrey Dahmer.
Dahmer was on parole for much of his killing spree, officers ignored pleas to investigate, a few cops claimed they'd visited his apartment and found nothing amiss.
19-20
Did Dahmer have accomplices?
Herb Baumeister, allegedly responsible for killing between 11 and 21 men around Indianapolis in the early 1990s, likely had accomplices as well. His wife? Others? Making snuff films? It all seems possible.
It's pretty wild how controversial even famous cases were. The Boston Strangler? An ex-soldier named Eddie DeSalvo, who'd been granted strange leniency by the justice system, who then (allegedly) went on a killing spree.
But the evidence against him was very weak, and it is likely that if he was involved, he most certainly had accomplices. Apparently he decided it was time to talk, but before he could, he was stabbed 16 times in prison.
"Arthur Shawcross did not become a criminal until he brought home the skills taught to him by the U.S. military."
The peculiarities of the JonBenet Ramsey case: detectives fail to secure the crime scene, bizarre antics by the parents, that ridiculous ransom note, the ridiculous way her body was "discovered," etc:
JonBenet, continued:
"The United States has, per capita, the highest rate of child homicide in the world."
The particulars of the "kidnapped" Lindbergh baby are also very strange...
The man convicted of the "kidnapping" and "murder," a German immigrant named Bruno Richard Hauptmann, was a patsy convicted at a bogus trial.
Before I wrap this up: a mild critique of the book... its reach seems to exceed its grasp. It could have done with fewer examples, explored in greater depth. Just my two cents.
Anyway, coming in for a landing here.

"The crime scenes of the Phoenix Program were, in other words, indistinguishable from the crime scenes of America's serial killers."
"The goals of psychological warfare are no different at home than they were in SE Asia or Central America: to scare the people... into willingly surrendering their rights and accepting ever-increasing levels of repression..."
"The state of Texas is now the proud owner of what has been described as the largest prison system in the history of the free world."
Controlled assassins, and controlled patsies. This summarizes the premise of the book in one paragraph:
And with that... end of thread.

I read this book so you don't have to. Honestly, I caution against it. I left a lot out and all of it is very gruesome. The takeaway should be that it seems possible, if not likely, that US intelligence purposefully traumatizes children...
... and "repurposes" career criminals/convicts to serve their purposes through a series of experimentation and re-programming, all in an effort to create assassins and control social behavior. Fun stuff. Fun stuff to think about.

I'm off to bed. Good night.
