I considered waiting to write this tweet so that my recent message would be my LFT post. However, it is much more important to me that I record all of this while it is fresh on my mind. Busan Bloom, or whatever they end up rebranding to, is not a good place.

A friend warned me about a reputation of toxic management while I was trialing with them, but I disregarded the information in favor of trying to further my career. The head coach of the team, Moses "Swan" Song is a very intelligent person.

Beyond that, he does nothing to prevent or stop toxicity within the team. He allowed my best friend on the team to be effectively bullied out of the org. Whether he deserved a starting spot or not is out of the question (although I certainly think he did).

The fact that he as a coach is either incapable of, or just chooses not to encourage positivity and camaraderie within the team is frankly disgusting to me. He does not have any right to lead others until he learns to take responsibility for the mistakes made by those under him.

There are definitely good people on this team though. Taylor and Jennifer, the managers, have been nothing but nice to me since before I started trialing with them. Additionally, Drype, Gasp, and Flamerider, all players for the team, seem to be genuinely cool people.

I will refrain from negatively commenting on any individuals aside from Swan, because I know that they are kids like me, and we all make our fair share of mistakes. The entire team is very talented individually, but something needs to change for them to find any lasting success.
