Meaning of Swastika. Swastika linguistically means "good existence" or "condusice to well being. Some people consider it to be negative because of Nazis. But this is not the actual. Can we blame Max muller and his entire team? Let's first jump on to the history of Swastika.
Swastika is Indian dharmic symbol Of #hinduism #buddhism #jainism and used in entire south east asia. But also long before nazis it was used by westerners too as a good will. Finnland air force still used the symbol & they were a part of WW2 against nazis. So what is swastika?
We should not care much about the western interpretation coz we should always see the origin not the end. Swastika has an origin which is the origin of universe.
The lines tha is to be drawn must come from top top towards the origin of universe. Dharma: many people have misconception that #dharma means religion. It's actually the cosmic law which governs us. For ex.. a planet is a planet. But its dharma is to revolve & reverberate
Towards to center from right side is "ARTH" Arth means material wealth. People often think that spiritual seekers must get rid of wealth. It's not true. Being poor helps no self consciousness, just a personal choice. However, remain unattached with material & not enslaved by it.
From bottom to enter comes "KAMA" It defined desires. Desires for sex, money, fame should be fulfilled without harming someone else's mental state in the process. To reach the moksha, one either needs to fulfill desires or submerge in the Atman bliss.
Moksha Liberation. When we realize Atma we reach to the stage of realization of reality. It is the experience of the flow and fusion of the Shiva and Shakti energies in one’s self. The experience of union, Oneness or Ekatvam with one’s Higher Self is Moksha These 4 are Purusharth
Now the 4 "MUKTIS" liberation. "SAYUJYA" meaning, after Moksha one steps towards merging with Shiva or source of universe. This can be achieved during adhyatmic stage of Jnanan
Salokya It means staying merged with the source. In other words reaching to centre of all universes. It's the connection between the atma which had attained moksha and the universe itself (kaivalya)
Sarupya is the next form of Kaivalya or merging. It is becoming the way the universe is. Becoming actually identical to it. After merging (sayujya) the Atman makes connection (salokya) and become identical to it (sarupya)
Samipya means remaining close to the origin of universe and being a part of Gan. Nandini is said to be close to shiva out of all the other Ganas. This is what Samipya means.
Then comes Mann. Mann is essentially "mental state" which is controlled by the 5 senses. These 5 senses are causes of all destruction, manipulation, distress. Note that this small line is angled. It is again following the same concept of going towards to center.
Buddhi is the brain power or intellectuality. The way we think and our thoughts forming up is Buddhi. "Atman is sitting in the chariot. Buddhi is the charioteer & the moms its reins"
Ahamkar This is associated with ego. Ego arises with 8 errors of human. Which includes illiteracy of truth. The mind makes up it's own thing to create an ego. Which results in destruction.
Chitt means pure intelligence which isnt controlled by the senses. This is cosmic intelligence. It connects us with consciousness. In this state, you do not need to think anything, neither force anything.
Prem. Which is love or compassion. The expression to it is ॐ. This is the unconditional love that leads to highest form of Bhakti (devotion). With ishwar prem the love goes outward. And with atma prema, the prema turns inward.
Shraddha is positive energy that is deep within us and which shapes personal world. It is associated with conviction of a path the person has chosen. Choosing the yogic lifestyle is a shraddha that builds up deep within the path to the origin.
Trust. This is not something that we are not aware of. Trusting with proper understanding and analyzing the path, its hurdles and easiness, makes the journey easier. As the goal is predetermined and analysed carefully.
SAMARPAN It means dedication. Yogic practice can not be fulfilled by doing one week of yoga and then the next week take rest. Proper devotion t it by fixing time of schedule of yoga is what SAMARPAN means.
Leaving the swastika incomplete is not correct way to draw it. These are the 16 dimensions of human mind. When these dimensions merge, they make a symbol.
