I’m Ed Markey. I am running for re-election to the United States Senate to fight for the progressive principles that we believe in.

It is shameful that 3 people in this country own more wealth than the bottom 50% combined. We will pass a billionaire’s tax and repeal George Bush and Donald Trump’s tax breaks for corporations and the ultra wealthy.

Our country is facing the highest levels of unemployment since the Great Depression. We have an opportunity to rebuild with justice and with intersectionality. We will pass a Green New Deal, create millions of good-paying, union jobs, and save our planet.

This pandemic has exposed and exacerbated the injustices in our health care system. We must pass Medicare for All and guarantee health care for every person in our country.

Fairer taxes. More jobs. Better health care. This is what our grassroots movement is fighting for. We are tired of watching people suffer as politicians protect the wealthy and powerful.

It's time to start asking, “what can your country do for you?”
