My mum was talking the other day about how its mostly younger people getting the virus these days and the messaging was now targeting them telling them to stay home for their grandparents or whatever, and she was basically saying that all people under 30 have grandparents

But my sister and I lost all of our grandparents before we even turned 25 so that completely invalidated her argument and she wasn't understanding that we were the "target market" for this, but we weren't because we don't have grandparents anymore

This thread makes zero sense, but basically my mum is an idiot and forgot that my sister and I are both under 30 and have lost all our grandparents (I think we've lost all of our great-aunties and uncles too now)
