4 years at @echobind today. That's wild.
I've never held a job this long.

When I first started I had 3/6 months riddled everywhere.
As I've gotten older I've realized that people are humans and that there is so much more to people than just work.
@CustomerIO taught me empathy and that I needed to really improve in that area. @alphacolin and @jrallison taught me to be better.
Now I take that wherever I go and I've been privileged enough to do that at @echobind.
It's all about people. Caring for them as much as possible. To the best of your ability.

If you make one difference than it was all worth it.
It's difficult growing with a company, especially in the early stages. I didn't have the patience, wisdom and empathy for it.

It does have some amazing benefits though. Probably something I should dump in a blog post.
