it's almost like people think of the DSM as a psychiatric bible.

we were called an alphabet by a healthcare worker bc we had so many different diagnoses given to us.

we have had to literally de-program ourselves from the harm that was caused to us from being in the psychiatric care system for a decade.
so we know we are an extreme case at times bc we have had some shit experiences that others have not had.

it is also a privilege bc health insurance is tied to capitalistic merit in the US, so basically FUCK CAPITALISM.
