In wake of #ChadwickBoseman 's unfortunate passing, I'm reminded of my maternal grandmother, who too died from colon cancer. Given my family history, a screening was definitely on my to-do-list eventually, but it's one of those things I filed away for years with my age.

But if I learned anything from #ChadwickBoseman 's passing it's that you don't always have time. So, adding to my to-do-list this week: Contact doctor about screening.

Anyways, I'm rambling to say that I am one of those people gauging my risk of colon cancer as my colleague
