As a marketer

Your ultimate goal should always be to build a list of people you can always sell to.

This majorly includes providing value,

Lots of value and creating friendship.

This is the third in a series of solo ads related threads.

A short thread.
Your ultimate goal is to become your lists trusted advisor and go-to person.

You may have heard about the Pareto (80:20) principle.

Where 80% of your profit comes from 20% of your work.

In this case, 80% of your profit come from 20% of your list.
These 20% are the people paying your bills, you must take good care of them.

Your initial offer should be to cover your ad spend, don't get greedy or push too hard right now.

Focus on building your list and building it fast.
Stay in contact, forge relationships and sell bigger and better things.

As you get to know your list, you begin to know what they read and what they don't.

What some would buy and what others would not.

You will get feedbacks,

Good and bad.
Knowing your lists goals and aspirations, their objections and fears means you know what kind of value to provide to each group.

So, how often and aggressively you follow up should be based on results

- Open rates.
- Click through rates.
- Tracking your sales.
In the next thread, we will be discussing the four critical factors for a successful solo ads campaign
