Thread: James Rodriguez and how it will effect Everton assets

1. Ancelotti is a massive fan of the player and has bought him twice before

2. He operates from the wide right cutting in with his left foot but his favoured position is arguably number 10

3. Expect Ancelotti to mix it up more this season.
He predominantly played 4-4-2 last season but I think he’ll change it more this year with new midfielders

4. Rodriguez linked very well with Falcao for Columbia and I can see Calvert Lewin and Richarlison benefiting most from his signing

5. Expect Calvert Lewin to play up top centrally. At £7M he has the potential to provide good value

6. I think Richarlison will play off of Calvert Lewin or from the left wing.
At £8M it is a risk but expect him to be consistent and get around 15 goals this season. A good return for that price

7. One word of warning on Rodriguez. He has had a bad time with injuries and barely played last season. I’d only look at him as an FPL asset if he’s £7.5M or below
