Part 1

4) tide pods if you want to clean clothes in the tub
5) lots of food
6) Chargers
7) A TV if you can
8) shampoo
9) vitamins
10) Textbooks and paper
11) Drinks
12) toilet paper
Part 2
How to live in isolation:
1) Try to be outside as much as you can. Eat at the picnic table with other people in isolation
2) Don’t be in your PJs all’s day. Try to live out a “normal” schedule
3) Open a window to have fresh air
4) Schedule times with friends to video chat
Part 3
5) Sit at the desk to do school work and Zoom classes. Your back will thank you
6) keep a Normal sleep schedule. However if your feeling sick then it’s ok to have a lot of rest
7) Plan your meals for times you don’t get meals delivered
8) Feel free to scream to let out your anger
9) Record your temperature multiple days a day to show you are fever free
10) Warm showers can help a fever. Not cold. Be careful as a shower can make you dizzy and fall
11) Expect a call from the department of health if your positive or a trace contact
