for years, egyptian women have always been strapped from their rights. living here is literal hell and i’m not exaggerating. 9 out of 10 women are raped, those who speak up about their story are either ignored or gaslighted, and the rest who don’t live in fear for the rest of

their lives. MANY adults, teenagers, old women, CHILDREN are catcalled and sexually harassed on the daily by grown men, and this never fucking ends.

there are numerous cases and incidents but first let’s start with ABZ. an instagram account was created in 2020 @/assaultpolice. their first post went as the following; ABZ is a sexual predator who preyed on a shocking number of women and underage girls all around egypt.

he has been getting away with it for 5 years now, facing NO consequences for his actions. he ridiculed and blackmailed his victims. in 2018 a girl came forward on a facebook university group (AUC) claiming ABZ was harassing her and two of her friends, in shock over 50 girls

admitted that they’ve had similar uncomfortable experiences with him. ABZ claimed to suffer from personal issues, and announced he would commit suicide in university if girls didn’t stop accusing him. the case fell quiet and he transferred to a university in spain.

in 2020, the original post with 1000+ comments of evidence mysteriously disappeared from the group. the instagram account was created for gathering evidence and getting victims to anonymously come forward.

copied from another post; more than 100 girls provided evidence that ABZ has previously harassed them online or in real life. this took place IN prestigious institutions. he was well educated, he was well connected, yet none of that stopped him.

when sexual harassers are not stopped and are enabled by the institutions they attend or their work place, they turn into predators and rapists. ABZ is a serial sexual predator and rapist.

ABZ’s case continued but i won’t be getting into everything after that because there’s a lot. after then, numerous rapists have been exposed and the account @/gangrapistsofcairo was created to expose them as well.

what is the fairmont incident? in 2014, at a party held at the fairmont hotle in cairo, a group of upper-class egyptian men slipped GHB into a girl's drink. they then took her to their hotel room, took turns raping her while she was unconscious, and when they were done,

signed their initials onto her body. the rape was videotaped by the men, who proceeded to share the video around. it made its way around upper class cairo’s party scene. the girl, who remains anonymous, was humiliated and traumatized, and left egypt.

the men are known to have committed similar crimes. only by searching up “fairmont crime/incident” you will find a huge amount of articles that explain everything.

latest news claim that one of the victims is a lesbian, the rapist outed her in court and now her family is disowning her and wants her to marry the rapist. three accused fairmont gang rapists have been found and arrested in lebanon as well

i urge you to share and raise awareness, women don’t feel safe in their country anymore, i don’t feel fucking safe in my country anymore. everyone on twitter preaches human rights but when it comes to the middle east it’s crickets, fuck you.

hey! ive been told that the correct statistic is 9 out of 10 women are sexually harassed! the person who wrote this had read that the statistic was 9 out of 10 women are raped. this does not make the situation less worse
