Reasons why #WynonnaEarp is one of the best (if not best) shows out there, a thread:

#1: This show has an immense amount of feminism and female representation. This is something not many shows have and it inspires and assures young women that they have a voice and are capable of bringing positive change into our world.

#2: The storyline. It is essential for TV shows to have a storyline that captures the audience’s attention. Not only does #WynonnaEarp do that, the storyline of this show is connected. Every moment of this show can be connected to another moment. This leads to new discoveries.

#3: The queer representation. As a teenager, I am fortunate to have the representation displayed on Wynonna Earp. A lot of the older people in this fandom never had something like this growing up, and this stresses how important it is to keep developing shows in the entertainment

Industry that have positive queer representation. One of the most famous ships, #WayHaught , have had an incredible journey together. Many people relate to their journey and grow as a person. I know I am thankful for Nicole and Waverly everyday, and thanks to

Kat and Dom for portraying these queer characters in the most spectacular way. They have definitely represented each moment of their journey beautifully.

#4: The POC representation. I agree, there isn’t enough POC representation, and we should strive to work towards making more POC characters. We are lucky to have POC characters such as Jeremy, Rachel, Kate, Shae, etc.
As a POC, it is definitely a relief to see some sort of

POC representation on screen. It also helps foreign and ethnic people gain confidence and assures them that they are being heard. Let’s keep building the POC storylines and hopefully get more representation in the future.

#5: The effort the cast and crew put into their work. As actors and being on the crew of a show, it’s crucial to put in 110% in every moment that you work. That’s why our show is magnificent. The actors never put less than 110% while filming and that’s what makes vulnerable,

Special, emotional, and angsty moments so beautifully filmed. The writers of the show have such creative minds and bizarre ideas that fit perfectly into the storyline of the show. The crew work their asses of to capture every moment from different angles and so much more! Even

Something as small as bringing chairs for the actors during breaks shows how much the whole community cares for one another. It is truly a beautiful thing.

#6: The emotions. #WynonnaEarp is a show filled with a roller coaster of emotions. Things move so quickly and leave us feeling 362828 different things. Without this quality, a TV show can never be so good.

#7: The lessons/morals we learn. If it’s one thing I’ve noticed, there are lessons taught to the characters as well as the audiences in multiple episodes. It’s the little things that matters. The sayings that impact us the most. For example “Heroes Always Win”

#8: The music. In the most recent season, season 4, so far we have had artists like @adalinemusic and @desireedawsonco ‘s songs play during some of the most intimate scenes. It not only gives the scene a beautiful addition, it gives the artist a place for their music

The list goes on and on, but I will end this thread off with the most important part. We have a cast that lives us unconditionally and interacts with us whenever possible. Not many people would do that, and it shows how selfless they are to take some time to talk to us.

They are such beautiful human beings and are always doing good things that inspire us constantly. We look up to the whole cast and crew and role models and always will. Thank you for impacting our lives in the most positive way and helping us through our journeys.

The community the #Earpers have created are one of the most safest places you could ever be a part of. Of course we have our flaws, but we have each other back’s. Let’s keep being our awesome selves and keep fighting for positive change. #WynonnaEarp will forever be put shit show
