Contrary to the statements made by @DEADLINE @DeadlineDominic, this revised Ch.11 plan will not result in automatically releases. The victims named CAN CHOOSE TO OPT OUT and pursue litigation against any and all of the defendants *if they choose*. #freedomtochoose #metoo

Also @DeadlineDominic @DEADLINE the objecting atty also filed a motion in support of TWC’s conversion to Ch 7 BK. If granted, the same parties (media orgs, et al) that he complains will receive payouts under the revised Ch 11, will be paid under his request for Ch. 7 conversion.

Additionally @DeadlineDominic @DEADLINE the issues identified by Judge Hellerstein in his response to the first settlement proposal are seemingly cured in the rev Ch. 11 BK proposal; I see neither the same proposal nor an attempted runaround #MeToo #freedomtochoose #FactsFirst
