Okay, I never cared about the blue checkmark thing, it always seemed a little unnecessary.

But it's odd. I don't have one, but @Doncates @JamesTheFourth @TomTaylorMade @TomKingTK and dozens more do, even though I have a higher follower count. Weird.

@TwitterSupport
First, I love all those guys, they are friends and great writers, and are doing big books right now. But a lot of people I DIDN'T name are not nearly as busy.

Also, I think it's possible that I start more trending topics than just about anyone else, my posts often make the news.
And finally, it's been a while, but @twitter actually INVITED me to the platform, I still have the personal letter they wrote for me to join.

I have never really asked for a blue checkmark, but others have on my behalf.
Anyone know the thinking, here?

Again, this isn't a huge deal. But people with a fraction of my follower count have still got the mark.

Seems a bit odd.
While we're at it, who else in comics has a blue checkmark apart from those cool cats I mentioned in the first post?

I'm glad for them, just curious who has received one!

Thanks!
