I'm increasingly charmed by this picture. Thugs in black, in line at Starbucks to get a latte, buying a magazine to read on the plane, snacks, wishing they'd checked their "gear and this and that" as baggage because having it as hand luggage is a pain when you need the restroom. https://twitter.com/oliverdarcy/status/1300620487207399424
Did some thugs get to sit in First, while others flew Coach? Did this cause resentment, or did the lucky ones re-distribute the spoils — a weak gin and tonic and some peanuts — amongst their comrades, according to need, as everyone diligently watched the safety demonstration?
One thug has to get up to let the old lady in the window seat go to the bathroom. While he waits for her return, he chats with a thug across the aisle "Ooh, we must make sure to go to Powell's Bookstore while we're in Portland. There's a superb section on Anarcho-Syndicalism."
Meanwhile in the back, the Thug accountant is diligently photographing the receipts so far and saving them in ANTIFAvernote, wondering if Soros will stretch to all the thugs getting cabs at the other end, or if they're going to have to get the bus to go do all the rioting.
And the most notorious thug of all, huge and bearded “Crazy Barry”, gets misty-eyed when he finds a card in his bag of evil gear, saying “Good luck with the rioting! Wear your mask! :-) Love, Mom.” To cover the moment, he bellows “WE HATE FASCISTS!!!” and the whole plane cheers.
Bad news. The Antifa Thugs in Black ™ landed safely and ran into some BLM Thugs in Black ™ at baggage reclaim, which was nice, lots to catch up on on the bus, but one ATIB™ let slip Soros is paying them $75 more per riot than the BLMTIB™, and the mood soured more than a tad.
WORSE news. The Thugs in Black realized they forgot to bring the soup. Crazy Barry offered to make some (organic) cream of mushroom at the hotel and put it in a bag but Dangerous Sally explained throwing it didn't work without the cans and so everybody's pretty bummed right now.
