When I think about building a brand that is authentic, powerful, and lasting I can't separate it from building a great culture.

Build a great culture that you want to show off to the world.
Think of all the interactions you have with companies whose product or brand marketing are one way but your interactions with their people are another. It's disingenuous and you have to keep paying extra marketing dollars to overcome the gap between what you say vs who you are.
The wonderful thing about building a brand at @bananatag is the people that work here are the brand. When you meet someone from our company it reinforces the brand and vice versa. It's powerful, real and builds it's own momentum.
